Member at Large Candidate

I’ve been a Red Pine owner since 2022 and have not previously had an interest to serve on the HOA board.  However, I feel obligated to “toss my hat into the ring” as a candidate for Red Pine HOA board at this time because of the recent lack of transparency and questionable decision-making.  I feel the owners should be included in the process, especially given the large dollar amounts being discussed.

My 35 years of construction industry experience, providing technical support for multi-million dollar projects will be valuable as we (new HOA board) navigate the best way to proceed with the proposed railing/deck replacement project and other needed projects in the future.

Other relevant experience includes board membership on a residential condo complex in Redding, CA several years ago.

The board must proceed with a thorough, cost-efficient, transparent plan and if selected I would do my best to ensure that a fiscally responsible plan is developed to restore an acceptable reserve with a multi-phase replacement of the decks/railings over the next several years (based on the anticipated forthcoming engineer’s report).
