Mario J. Altiery
Candidate for Phase II
Board Representative for Red Pine Condo Association
As a Red Pine Chalet owner of unit Q5 since 2019 I am running for a board position to provide ownership with a clear picture of our current situation while creating a comprehensive, efficient, and effective plan to ensure we enjoy top level amenities, a safe and secure environment, and our dues are spent diligently.
I am the founder of a business consulting firm and have been operating the business since 1999. We have experienced tremendous success both domestically and internationally. Because of my work, I have extensive experience in large scale property management, P/L expertise, streamlining of operations, budget planning and execution, staff hiring and management, as well as marketing and communications.
I previously served on the board of Motherload in downtown Park City. Prior to new leadership on the board, it was grossly mismanaged for years, often resulting in poor work needing to be redone, leading to increased dues, and levying of special assessments. During my board tenure we were able to bring costs in line, reduce redundant spending, and eliminate the need for special assessments while continuing to improve the aging property.
I have personally been in contact with over one hundred Chalet owners and feel confident I understand their concerns and the needs of the community. I will work to ensure we are transparent with owners, making communication easy and welcomed. I will apply my acquired skills to manage costs, oversee service providers, streamline processes, and ensure we are receiving top service and value for our dues.
I plan to leverage the tremendous skills of our ownership group to ensure experts with skin in the game are overseeing all capital projects and weighing in with their valuable knowledge.
Many of you have asked for a change and I am willing to step up and take a lead role in the transition. I greatly appreciate your support and vote.
Sincerely,
Mario J. Altiery Q5
